a baby shower {part two}

After all the decorating and preparing for the shower, I must say we had a great time at the actual party.  So many people came to celebrate with Jen and share in her joy.  We are all so excited to meet sweet Bella!

Christine made delicious panna cotta, however as soon as it was topped with berries and garnished with a cookie, I was too busy devouring it to get a picture.  Even thinking about it now, my mouth is watering...

a baby shower {part one}

As you can guess, we are all getting very excited for the arrival of our very sweet Jen's little baby girl.  So excited in fact that, although she is not making her big debut until October, we couldn't help but throw a little shower in her honor in June.  I love a reason to throw a party and what better reason than a new baby!

siete de mayo

This weekend we decided a little last minute that we wanted to have a Cinco de Mayo party, so we ordered some Carolina's, booked Vinyl Station and had all our friends over for a fabulous Siete de Mayo celebration on Saturday night.  It was so much fun with loads of good food and drinks, wonderful company and plenty of dancing to the great music.  Can I admit that one of my favorite parts was decorating for it?  Here's a little peek...
