Happy Halloween!

We have not been able to find the white chocolate covered Oreos in the grocery stores lately - s0 we took matters into our own hands!

Ghost Oreos:

Cover Double-stuffed Oreos in melted white chocolate

Let chill in fridge until hard to touch

Apply black decorative frosting for ghost eyes and mouth

Try not to make the ghosts disappear all at once

Food for Thought

Today we thought we'd give you a little food for thought and a great recipe to go along with it! Enjoy!

White Trash Candy Recipe:

20 oz pkg white chocolate

1 cup pecans

12 oz can mixed nuts

14 oz box Honey Comb Cereal

12 oz pkg Pretzal Sticks

Combine all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Melt chocolate and pour over mixture. Mix well. Spread thin on waxed paper to air dry.

Our Flea Market!

What a fun day! The weather was perfect and we were ready for a great day of selling here at The Willows First Friday Flea Market! Christine graced us with some of her yummy muffins we all remember and love from Palatte.

She also debuted her amazing new line of children's clothing she created with Emily Burch called "squints". You must come see the clothing - it really is too cute for words and so affordable!

Emily was there as well snapping pictures - she is an amazing professional photographer for anyone looking for holiday photos!

We also had farm fresh eggs and granola for $5 each from Krista's little farm - you would not believe these eggs! We didn't know chickens made so many different colors!

Of course, the Willows had great items for sale - all 50% off! We had our entire Cucina kitchen line, boxwood topiaries, glassware, vintage art prints, even Palatte garden furniture all marked down!
